Abseilling and rappelling have same meaning. Abseiling is from German words means "to rope down". Rappelling in American English means controlled descent down a rope. Climbers use this technique when a cliff or slope is too steep a dangerous to descend without protection.
Defination
Going down involves decending vertival features @ near, both natural and man made ( such as portable wall, fixed towers and bridges) using ropes and decending (friction) devices ( carabiner, figure of eight, harness, helmet etc.

Itulah beberapa pengenalan dan teori asas berkaitan abseilling yang kami pelajari minggu ini. Nampak macam seronok dan bergaya. Tapi situasi yang sebenarnya tak tahu lagi. Maklumlah turun dari bangunan tingkat 10. Walau bagaimanapun, En Hisyam memberi jaminan yang aspek keselamatan adalah perkara yang paling utama.
